Returns and exchanges:

If you need to exchange or return an item no problem, this can be done in store or the item can be sent back to us.

Items for exchange can only be exchanged for the same item in the same colour in a different size. Items will be accepted as long as they are new, unused and with their labels attached within 28 days of their purchase - please allow for postage time within this time frame. Items returned after this date will result in a gift voucher being provided. Customers must pay for the items to be returned or exchanged but they can be returned or exchanged in store at no cost. Ensure that you obtain proof of postage and insurance for the items you are returning as they remain your property until they reach us.

Faulty items

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged please complete and return the form enclosed with your order and return both to us within 7 days of receipt. Within this period any goods which have arrived to you faulty or damaged will be replaced or refunded and your return postage cost reimbursed to the value of the postage prices we charge (small/large parcel). If returning a faulty or damaged item outside the statutory 7 working days we will endeavour to rectify the fault as soon as possible but we may need to send the goods to the manufacturer. We are usually able to deal with faulty good in 10 working days.

Non-returnable items

Due to health and safety legislation we are unable to accept the return of the following items:

Swimwear or worn socks.
